The SOLEC 2011 online registration will be available until October 17th, 2011. The conference registration rate is $190 USD for the full event.

The above registration rate includes:

• A pre-SOLEC reception at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center including a trolley ride and viewing of the Mysteries of the Great Lakes IMAX movie
• A continental breakfast and lunch for each day of the conference
• A dinner banquet on Day 1
• Display space
• Conference materials

Payment Method
MasterCard or VISA will be the accepted methods of payment for the SOLEC 2011 registration fees. Checks payable to Streampoint Solutions will also be accepted. Please mail checks in US funds to:

Payments must be received within 30 days from the date included on the registration invoice.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be offered after September 30th, 2011; however substitutions will be permitted.

Registration Information
Upon completing the registration form online, you will have the option to print a copy of your registration invoice. A registration confirmation will also be sent to you electronically. You will also receive a hard copy of your registration invoice when picking up your registration package at SOLEC 2011.

Registration packages (conference materials, receipt, meal tickets, etc) will be available for pickup at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel on Tuesday, October 25th from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Registration packages will also be available for pick up at the Erie Bayfront Convention Center on Wednesday, October 26th, 2011 from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Thursday, October 27th from 8 – 9 a.m.

Draft indicator reports and materials for SOLEC 2011 will be available in advance of the conference. An email message will be circulated announcing the availability of the draft materials with the appropriate website links.

Displays
Display spaces will be available at no additional cost to SOLEC 2011 registrants for the purpose of displaying work, new ideas and upcoming events/projects related to the Great Lakes. Please indicate your interest in bringing a display to SOLEC 2011 when completing your registration form. More information will be sent to you once your request to bring a display to SOLEC has been received.
