Registration is now open for SOLEC 2008!

The SOLEC 2008 online registration will be available until October 20th, 2008. The conference registration rates are:

Full Event - $185 CDN before and on September 26th
Full Event - $200 CDN September 27th - October 20th

The above registration rate includes a continental breakfast and lunch for each day of the conference. The rate also includes a dinner on Day 1 of SOLEC 2008.

Payment Method
MasterCard, VISA or AMEX will be the accepted methods of payment for the SOLEC 2008 registration fees. Cheques payable to Streampoint Solutions will also be accepted. Please mail cheques in Canadian funds to:

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be offered after September 26th, however substitutions will be permitted.

Registration Information
Upon completing the registration form online, you will have the option to print a copy of your registration invoice. A registration confirmation will also be sent to you electronically. You will also receive a hard copy of your registration invoice when picking up your registration package at SOLEC 2008. Registration packages (conference materials, receipt, meal tickets, etc) will be available for pickup at the Sheraton Fallsview on Tuesday, October 21st, 2008 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., on Wednesday, October 22nd from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Thursday, October 23rd from 8 – 9 a.m.

Draft indicator reports and material for SOLEC 2008 will be available in advance of the conference. An email message will be circulated announcing the availability of the draft materials and the appropriate website links.

Participants are being requested to bring a SOLEC bag from a previous conference to carry materials. A limited number of SOLEC bags will be available for participants at the conference.

Displays
A limited number of display tables will be available to SOLEC 2008 registrants for the purpose of displaying work, new ideas and upcoming events/projects related to the Great Lakes. Please indicate your interest in bringing a display to SOLEC 2008 when completing your registration form. More information will be sent to you once your request to bring a display to SOLEC has been received.
